It is clear that we have to include all parties and all issues and levels for multi-stakeholder polycentric issues.
But how? One element is the work initiated by Erich Jantsch, Hasan Özbekhan, Alexander Christakis is structured dialogic design, get the meaning and drivers and see how the issues connect !

how can we change?, how can we turn?, when we have no idea where we are?

I believe we need maps and models to make clear where the guard-rals are, but also what the frames and grids are about and how they connect !

After working much on “turns” and “turfs“, I felt it is high time to make clear how they connect, not just out fields, mandates, sectors, but our patterns and fields and how they overlap and relate.
